Very thorough yet organized interview process. I had a very favorable impression of the Executive Leadership team and the company culture during the entire interview process. Top Management truly cares about employees and that carries through in the service provided to customers. During the interview it became very obvious that the Executive Team was looking for the right mix of experience, skills and cultural fit and would not be willing to settle for less.
