Initially I was impressed by the company. Contacted by email, then a phone interview, then an in person interview. Fast response, courteous HR staff, but that changed once I was physically in the offices. The office and grounds are beautiful, so are the people, a little too much so. I was given a tour of the building and saw most of the employees. The avg. age is 25 years old. There were no handicapped staff, very few minorities no one was even overweight!. I was told they hire from the local colleges alot and that some of the other candidates I was against were straight out of college. Why are you comparing over 15 years experience with someone straight out of college? I honestly feel that they highly discriminate and look for those who will fit into their young, fit culture than someone who can truly do the job best.

There were many interviews like 4 . The HR and technical one went so professional. But the one with the CEO and even not sure of his title , was so tough . He was so attacking and repeating same questions . I wasn't comfortable after that one and provided sense of micromanagement and sense of underrating the staff. I would say that HR is super professional also the staff in the USA.
