Entretien
Had a 30 minute call with a recruiter initially after applying online.
Afterwards, did a technical screen with an engineering manager. Took about an hour, with some time left to ask questions about the company and team you would be on. Focused on building out features based on rspec tests.
Final round was a panel of interviews. First two were focused on culture fit, values, leadership. Last one was architectural, designing an application.
Throughout the whole process, they definitely screen very thoroughly for culture fit. From the questions they ask you, they are very interested in if you are a positive, collaborative, and thoughtful person with good problem solving skills.
Recruiter call. Then panel interview easy process. Was very straightforward and communicative along the entire way of the process. Super easy and recruiter was amazing emails through out the process
Typical process- recruiter reached out, had 5 interviews over zoom, and then the offer was sent. I negotiated and while they were hesitant, they ended up giving me what I wanted.

First i was called by the hr recruiter then to an online assessment then 3 interviews leadership and core values and another technical interview all of average level nothing was too much difficult
