J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Procore Technologies (Austin, TX) en mai 2019
Entretien
I applied for the position and was then contacted within the same day by a recruiter. She set up a phone screening, and I had an in-person interview scheduled within the next week. When I was on-site, they gave me a tour, showed me all the different areas, and then I had two interviews– one with two of the team members and the other with the manager. They were all super nice and made sure it was comfortable, friendly conversation– getting to know me rather than grilling me and throwing trick questions. Now this was less of a technical position so I imagine they would ask more technical/relevant questions for a more difficult position. I ended up not getting the job and being utterly disappointed because I thought my interview went so well and I was excited to work with the people I met. It ended up being a matter of someone else having more experience in the role. However, I still have a lot of respect for Procore and their employees. Even the recruiter was awesome. She reached out to me and set up a phone call to discuss feedback (because Openness is a core value). She also let me know that she was still available through email, chat or phone if I ever had any more questions or concerns, and even let me know that I am welcome to apply for other positions...which I'm probably going to do. They seem like a great company that cares about their employees. The only thing that could’ve made my experience better was actually getting the job.

I had a phone screen, then three rounds during my in-person interview within 2 weeks. Then after a month I was invited to attend a company lunch and walk the space with one of the managers. The next day an offer was made.
