The interview process start with a brief phone interview with the recruiter. This was then followed up by a couple of 30 minute phone interviews with the hiring managers. I was then requested to travel for an onsite interview in CA. Here, I was interviewed by six different people ranging on job titles.

I applied online, and a recruiter reached out to me via email within 24 hours to set up an initial phone screening call. After the first call, I was setup with a phone interview with the hiring manager the next week. The phone interview was about 30-40 minutes, and at the end the manager said he wanted to bring me in for an on-site interview. After the call I did not hear from anyone in recruiting to follow up. I sent 2 emails to the recruiting coordinator, but I did not receive a response. Finally, after a week, I called was informed that I needed to reach out to the recruiter, not the recruiting coordinator. So once I emailed that person, I received a quick response with an apology and then I was set up with an interview for the next week. My on-site interview was about an hour and a half to tow hours, starting with a brief tour of the campus with the recruiter. Next I had an interview with the hiring manager and a team member, followed by another interview with the department director. The next day I received received an offer for the position. The negotiations took a couple of days to finalize, and my start date was scheduled for the following month.
