Multi stage interview process. Casual, conversational, behavioral. Team/culture fit were a very high priority for Procom during the process. Final interview stage included meeting the team members and spending time with them on the floor.

Entretien
Phone interview, meeting with hiring manager and then a panel interview with the team. The process was fairly casual, but still formal and gave lots of insight into the company to ensure there was a good cultural fit.
