First and foremost, I would like to apologize for my tardy response and thank you for taking the time to interview with us at Procede Software.
We are mindful of the time and effort candidates bring to every interview and we try to make the experience as smooth as possible and I am truly sorry that was not your case. With that said, I appreciate the constructive criticism and do apologize if I offended you during your time with the team.
As the CEO, my role is to look out for the company’s best interest and communication is one of my highest priorities. I do ask situational and other standard questions across all roles and interviews because we work in a very challenging industry and as we build out our company culture, we not only make sure we find the right fit by vetting candidates but we also want to make sure they will be set up for success as they come aboard.
