They asked me about my past experience and what I'd like to do for the future. It was nice. Brandon was curious as to my ambitions and really focused on the type of person I am. Not just my hobbies, but really as to who I am on a day to day basis. They were focused on hiring good people not so much just good coaches. I liked that.
