1. A video recorded interview of 45 min with reasoning evaluation as well as technical knowledge.
2. A personal interview of around 1h.
3. A workshop divided in two days where they train you and evaluate your abilities with their own proprietary software.

They are mostly looking for your attitude, not that much of hard skills.
