      Entretien

They started with an email and scheduled a small 15 mins phone call. They scheduled a 1 on 1 interview that was mainly to get more information about me and my past jobs. it wasn't the smoothest interview though The last step was the worst and most embarrassing moment in my life. it was supposed to be a 1 on 1 interview but I got two people, they started by introducing themselves and then asked me to introduce myself.. afterwards, they asked me a situational question, what would you do if the TV stopped working ? It was fairly easy, after that they threw me under the bus. they told me that we are gonna do some role-play and you are going to be the worker and we are the costumer.. sounds fun, right? wrong! they started by: A: Why are you late? we were expecting you 3 hrs ago! we called you 3 times B: I tried calling you A: they pretended to check their phones and said that there are no missed calls.. stop lying! A: You are doing a terrible Job, this machine is not working and you said it should be done 3 weeks ago and it wasn't done and we need it running today, can you guarantee that it will work? A: your company sent 3 different people already, why is that? why is your company being this careless! I wasn't warned that it was going to be this aggressive.. this angry kind of costumer.... it is hard to be prepared for such a thing ! I was very embarrassed, I didn't know what to answer, should I blame the company, should I apologize or should I stand my ground and come up with whatever and protect the company's reputation?
