Entretien
The process was simple. I applied and they got back to me a few hours later asking me to take an assessment. The assessment was broken into three parts: an aptitude test, a personality test, and a basic test on electricity.
If you do well on this part, they ask you to do a video interview with the Field Service Manager, which should last about 15 minutes. If they like you, you have an in-person interview at one of the offices closest to you.
First started with a Resume scan, then a test, then an initial interview and a final interview. The entire process takes a bit of time but once you get going with it is quick .
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Only 2 “technical questions” but they weren’t really technical they just wanted to see how you acted in the work place and that you could be trusted.
The Initial interview is a 15 minute interview to get to know you as a Candidate, after you clear that there is a Final Interview that is 1 Hour Long, this is more Technical and they get into detail with situational questions, circuit configurations etc.

Question 1
They ask you about yourself, why you wanna work a full time travel job, and they ask you about your projects too
The first-round interview focused on discussing my background and walking through my resume. In the second round, they shared their screen and asked more technical questions, as well as questions about the work environment and team compatibility.
