A recruiter found me, I interviewed with management, passed a background check, and received an offer a couple of weeks later.The offer was very competitive. Not what I asked for, but very close.

Two sets of two interviewers (so 4 people, two at one time), the questions from first one basically repeated in the second one. They were very nice and polite It was conducted over video call.
