It took 3 months for them to schedule an interview. When I finally interviewed, the interviewer did not know my name or what position I was interviewing for. He then explained that the job was essentially free creative work and that I would only be paid based on how many people signed up for their service after clicking on an ad that I made. This was either a scam or an exploitative job with terrible business ethics.
