Sat down around a round table with 4 other people who applied and we were all asked the same questions, it was not very in-depth. At the end they offered us all a job at different pools.

Pretty basic group interview. I received a phone call after I had applied to come in for an interview. I went in and was in a group with two other potential employees. She asked us a little bit of information about ourselves and how we could commit to the job. She then let us know about the training certifications needed and told us we were to sign up for a class and if we passed, we could have the job.
