20 minute phone call with job recruiter and 10 minute in person interview. Phone call is just general questions about your experience and why you would be a good fit. 10 minute in store interview is a short run down of the expectations of your job.
Very laid back and pretty difficult to not get the job, mostly just questions about hockey or if you have previous work experience. Managers are very relaxed and easy to talk to.
Being able to offer advice based on personal experience is a huge asset in this role. be yourself and confident. they will most likely ask customer service type questions like "in a scenario where a customer was asking for xyz, how would you handle it"
