      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Privasia Technology (Petaling Jaya) en janv. 2025

      Entretien

      First of all, the job ad for "legal, compliance & secretarial" did not mention the specific role, i.e., "executive" or "assistant manager", etc. Secondly, the job description in the advert was also way too simplified compared to what it entails as explained during the interview. It did not mention that it's a individual contributor role, and you will be reporting to someone who is not from a legal background. It sounds to me like it's a job for at least 2 people, to be honest (even the job title mentions 3 different roles). I cut the interview short after knowing this and would have appreciated it this was set out clearly in the job ad or mentioned earlier when HR called for the interview. That would be less misleading and saves the company's time as well as the applicants'. As for the interview process, you will be asked to provide the usual, CV, NRIC, 3 months latest payslips (they didn't advertise the salary range for this role btw), a questionnaire with questions such as who is the biggest influence in your life etc, and you have to take the MBTI personality test. Interview started several minutes late as they only printed the documents after I arrived. Interview panel were not friendly, like they hated that they had to interview people. One of them (from HR) didn't say a word.
