An email confirmation followed up with a 30 minute call with the Associate Director in the company. Upon being successful, the interview followed a meet up with the CEO. It was formal but still had the elements of casual. The perfect bend.

Two interviews. One with the manager and the other one with the CEO. The first one was more technical and the second one was more about to get to know me and confirm if I could fit with the team.

There was a telephonic interview followed by a face-to-face interview with the leadership team. I was introduced to the team on the very same day and received constant communication and feedback.
