Panel interview. First with the leadership team and then another panel with Frontline staff who you will work closely with. Relatively long interview since they have required questions to ask. You then have a presentation that you create beforehand where you describe the process of anything. They want to see your teaching style and gauge how successful you will be in a trainer role. You can present on anything as simple as "how to make a sandwich" as long as you present it well and go through the steps clearly and as long as it lasts 15 minutes.
