manager called and explained the position and asked me why i believe i would be a good fit for the position, showed the facility, very easy basic questions to determine why it would be a good fit and what you are looking to gain in relation to experience and hours

Great, they were very nice and informative. Very laid back and easy to talk to. Loved the staff and work environment. Felt like I could ask questions and they had an answer

This position prompted a thirty minute interview with the nurse manager. After that you then go on to the specific unit and have a shadow experience with one of the nurses.
