Applied online, received a call a couple of weeks later asking why I was interested in the job and if i could come in for an interview. The interview involved a quick introduction about Priory Group and the hospital and a talk about the main responsibilities of a Mental Healthcare Assistant. There was then a group task followed by an individual interview. There also involved a short literacy test.

There were two literacy tests and one written test assessing my ability to react to an imaginary scenario. Afterwards, there was a panel interview with two assessors. In the end, I had to provide relevant documents in order to receive DBS check.
