A Priority1 interview typically involves a multi-step process that may include phone interviews, in-person meetings, a "field day" experience where you shadow a sales rep, and could involve multiple interviews with different managers, often focusing on your sales skills and ability to fit within the company culture; with a strong emphasis on demonstrating your understanding of the territory and customer base you'd be responsible for
First interview via the phone with the recruiter. Second is in person with your area manager, which is very brief. Third is a ride along shadowing the job and what it entails.
