After sending in an application online, I was called by the office manager and asked cultural questions and about my previous work experience for about twenty minutes. Then, I was invited in for an in-person interview with the office manager and the senior software engineer. They had me do a few coding tasks working with Ruby on Rails, React, and the Shopify API. Soon after I was called in for a second interview with the two CEOs. Everyone at Printed Mint was so friendly throughout the interview and hiring practice. You can tell they are really excited about what they do and love working here. I really appreciated that the technical portion of the interview wasn't a "gotcha" type test like so many companies do. It was more of a casual pair programming exercise, and I feel like that allowed both me as the candidate and the senior engineer to get an idea of what it would be like to work together. I had a great interview process with Printed Mint and loved how friendly everyone was!
