Online pre-recorded interview. This was followed with a virtual interview with hiring manager. Both took about 30 minutes. Pre-recorded format was a bit more formal but prepared to be formal at both.

Interview is a series of get to know you questions and more of a vibe check. They will do a video interview where you are promoted questions and you get an opportunity to record yourself and answer the question within the time limit. If you make it past 1st interview you’ll make it to 2nd interview and it’s a casual interview with 1 or 2 managers and they will ask you more job related questions about your background experience. They will hire anyone with a degree and shows a willingness to learn even if you don’t have retirement knowledge.
