I was hired during the covid 19 pandemic. Got a mail initially to take up an online test which was easy and was having accounting basics. There were 3 rounds of interview after that. First round was a technical round with questions about accounting. Second round was with the senior managers of the company. Mostly personal questions were asked to check the confidence levels and potential of the candidate. Third and final round was discussion with the HR. Entire process was done virtually and took around 2 weeks.
