There was an aptitude test conducted by eLitmus. 50 people were shortlisted from there.
There were 3 rounds of interviews.
1st round: Questions based on logical reasoning and analytical skills.
2nd round: Questions based on the experiences which you had.
3rd round: HR interview.

Interview is based on resume, projects and internships. Lots of managerial questions asked. Interest in company is seen. The aptitude exams are tough, but online coding round is easy. Study all standard aptitude topic and do good practice.

First you have to give the elitmus ph test, after that there are 2 technical interviews, one MCQ test and one HR interview on the same day. The technical interviews are more on Quantitative analysis and basic level coding problems.
