Phone interview first where they feel you out to determine if you meet basic requirements, such as hours, why you are looking for a position, what type of work you are looking for , your personality, the salary is provided. The phone interview is very informal!
Then if they want you they bring you in for an in person interview with 2 managers. This takes about an hour and is held in a small cubicle room with a desk and 3 chairs. They have a script that they follow put together by HR. They ask the same boring interviewing questions most places do. They are Star Based Questions.
