They were welcoming, and kind. They asked a lot about how I would handle certain situations with children, and which age group I preferred. They wanted to know about my background with children, and where I stood with different techniques of teaching children. They offered me the job on the spot instead of having me wait. They offered a tour of the school and classrooms, and asked if I needed anything explained as far as their program.

it was easy. they asked basic questions about work history, education history, and classroom management. they also asked about career goals and hourly pay. It was pretty basic and I was hired on the spot.
