The whole process took about two weeks. It consisted of one face to face interview and one in class interview along with a writing sample and another brief face to face interview. The interview was hard because there were three directors in a small room staring you down and each one was asking questions of there own (Those interviews are the worst!!)

it was easy. they asked basic questions about work history, education history, and classroom management. they also asked about career goals and hourly pay. It was pretty basic and I was hired on the spot.
