Exchanged a few emails and agreed a time and date for a phone interview. The time arrived and the HR person neither called nor responded to my emails to ask if they were going to call. I've experienced some pretty shoddy HR practices over the years but rarely such rudeness. I'm disgusted. That person shouldn't be in an HR role.
