First phone call was a couple of days after I emailed my resume. The person who conducted the phone interview was very east coast arrogant and it seemed like he appreciated arrogance in return. Second interview was in office with the manager who was very unprofessional with her language and she dressed sloppy. The office was very cheap and cubes were too close together. It seems like the turnover is very high and I heard from a friend who worked there that the Boise location does not care at all about employees and the culture is nonexistent. I was thrilled that I didn't get an offer.
