I applied online. I got called in for an interview. It is a two interview process. In the first interview they ask basic questions like "If I called your previous employer how would they describe you?" I got asked to come back for a second interview the next day. An employee took me to a local shop to go sit down and talk about the different positions in the company. Then we went to three local shops to show me how they pitch a sale.
