I was called into an interview with the Controller and Accounting manager. They were friendly and asked relative questions regarding the job. I didn't have the experience they needed for that position. But did offer one that would get me to the level I needed. They really worked with me and kept me informed from interview, consideration to offer. It took about 2 weeks from start to finish.
