J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Primark (Londres, Angleterre) en nov. 2014
Entretien
Waited in the canteen for about 5-10 minutes until I was called into the office. One on one interview was very calm. You could tell that they don't particularly care if you are experienced or not because her focus was on my shifts, whether I study and how that would fit into working. She asked me simple questions like examples of working in a team, how I would organise her cabinet of files (colour coded, alphabetical etc). Less serious questions were like my hobbies, where I see myself in five years and what Primark has to offer that is different to other brands. After the interview it was quite clear that I got the job because she asked me for my passport to scan and NI number. She then said that I had another task where I was taken onto the shop floor to organise a messy area. They gave me 20 minutes to fix the makeup section as best as I could and on that they would judge whether I was fast paced for the company. But I also think it was just to get some extra people to clear up for free.

Question 1
What makes Primark different to other competing brands such as H&M?
They asked around four typical STAR interview questions that are simple to answer with prep and it lasted about ten to fifteen minutes. It was overall good and very relaxed.

Question 1
Teamwork question that was asked in the star format
There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps
