Entrevista para campaña de verano. La entrevista fue online y duró alrededor de media hora. El ambiente es cómodo y las preguntas sencillas aunque hay que saber que contestar.
Normalmente no tienen en cuenta la experiencia pero sí tus habilidades de cara al público.

There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps

They asked about previous experience, and how to handle certain situations with customers, also about flexibility
Great! Would love to interview here for any job at any time. Boss is good and balance too. Multiple rounds but all work just fine and will go back. Maybe in future again.
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.
