Una primera entrevista online e individual, dura aproximadamente 30 minutos acerca de tu y de tus expectativas en la empresa. Una segunda entrevista grupal. Luego a la semana 10 días te llaman si quedaste. Sino no llaman.
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
