It was quite casual and friendly- I was interviewed by one person. Mainly asked questions regarding availability etc, and what I would do in certain situations with customers and how I would handle it.

Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
