There was two mangers doing the interview. The questions were on sheets of paper with large areas for the interviewers writing notes. Unusual questions that I hadn't thought would be asked. They wanted quick answers with bullet points and buzz words. Mostly situational questions.

Received a phone call asking to interview. Went in person. Interview lasted less than an hour. Was told exactly what the position entailed and asked about my relevant work experience.
