Very quick process for me, applied online and filled out a questionnaire, got invited for an interview the following week, emailed with a job offer a few days later and then I was doing the induction five days after that, eventually starting a week later! Because I applied for a supervisor role, the interview had to be with a manager but everyone was so friendly, i relaxed into it quite quickly. The interview consisted of mainly situational based questions so can be tricky of you don't have the required experience for the role.

The full-day group interview included a personal presentation, a company workshop, a discussion about Primark’s values, and a practical exercise involving a difficult conversation with a team member based on a specific scenario.

Relaxed environment - very casual they made me feel at ease . It was at their lakeside Manchester branch and they were running very late . The lady that interviewed me was very young , I doubted her experience actually she looked like she just left school
