I managed to get an interview with the hiring manager, but only after completing a very lengthy and exhausting assessment. It had three parts focused on data, where I had to provide insights and recommendations within just 24 hours. On top of that, there were two culture-related essays to write as well. For a mere assessment, the amount of work required in such a short time was excessive — it honestly felt like they were over-wringing candidates for free work rather than simply testing skills. The hiring manager was cool and straightforward, and the interview itself gave me some hope. But afterward, I was ghosted. Much later, HR told me I wouldn’t be moving to the next stage with the “big boss” because they suddenly froze hiring. After all the effort, it felt like a complete waste of time. To make things worse, the benefits they offer are bare minimum, which makes the entire process even less appealing. My advice: don’t try too hard interviewing here — it’s not worth the effort.

Went thru a written test for daily operation & execution part. Fast interview process, detailed execution part questions to test out related skills and ability. HR was really supportive throughout the process to help the candidate get into the interview and responsive in the process.
