Submitted resume to Adecco Engineering and Technical temp agency and received a short questionnaire to be filled out via email asking about strengths and experience. Had an in person interview on the CSU campus with four current employees including the CEO. Was asked to return for a second interview at the newer location off campus with the employee I would be working with directly. Was offered the job through the temp agency several days later.
