J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Prevail Health (Chicago, IL) en oct. 2019
Entretien
Originally applied online the week of 9/16. Had a phone interview on 9/25, and was given a case study to create a product (and subsequent product plan) to complete by October 1st.
Heard back from Prevail on October 3rd to have an "screenshare" to "pitch" my idea the following week. This was rescheduled four times by Prevail for a variety of reasons (multiple illnesses and people not being in the office). Each time, I had to reach out to them for further information about the constantly rescheduled interview, only to have it rescheduled the day the interview was supposed to take place every time; the information was never volunteered by Prevail.
A three-part in-person interview with Prevail finally took place on 10/16. (Engineering Team, Design and Product Owner, and 1-on-1 with VP of Product). Throughout the phases, I got a continued sense of disorganization. Three additional prompts were given (a product solution prompt from Engineering, a whiteboarding exercise from Design, and question/answer session with VP of product). All of the questions were specific to either the Prevail product, or the product they had me make up for the case study.
People were generally friendly, and was promised I would hear by the end of the week. I did not get a response (a rejection) until a week later, and only after prompting them to respond.

I applied online and was reached out to via email by a recruiter to schedule the first video interview. The first interview was around thirty minutes and included an overview of the role.
