Interview process was pretty straight forward, hiring managers and HR were clear in setting expectations of the role. The initial position I applied for was CTA. Due to my expected salary, they offered me an aPM position instead (the salary bandwidth is wider).
However, whatever they promised during the interview (i.e increment in my current salary package) was far from the offer made. All I can say is - ridiculous company. They expected me to take a pay cut and had the "take it or leave it" attitude, without any room for negotiation.
In essence, do not waste your time with this company - they will lead you on and over-promise you.
