The first interview is a screening interview with a recruiter. Next is a series of interviews with the hiring manager, the team, and then a mock presentation. The recruiter no showed for the first interview and I had to follow up with them to find out they had “technical difficulties.” When the rescheduled interview took place the recruiter seemed ill prepared like they hadn’t even glanced at my application or resume. The hiring manager seemed overwhelmed, talked about how busy they are, and mentioned that they had been interviewing people back to back for weeks.
