Had 2 separate interviews with 3 different people in each. Some of the interviewers were reading questions off paper. The first half was very well conducted, the second half not so much.

I thought the interview went well. They asked questions on my typing and computer experience. They asked if I had any customer service experience over the phone and asked how I would handle different types of calls.
