Hiring process went well. Both the HR Recruiter and The hiring managers were professional and nice. I did my homework on Glassdoor prior to my interview and was prepped for interview questions “situational.” They informed me of the process from start to finish so I knew what to expect and when. Only negatives were that they are non-negotiable on pay.

Entretien
I thought the interview went well. They asked questions on my typing and computer experience. They asked if I had any customer service experience over the phone and asked how I would handle different types of calls.
