Entretien
It consisted of two rounds.
Round one more on API development, scalability of APIs, and optimizing queries and database. Tested related to design principles and design patterns.
Round two more on system design part in a F2F session. Had one hour of a white board session based system design and later sometime for behavioral questions.

Entretien
The HR and interviewers were really nice, one of the very few times I felt like it was an interview and not a contest to prove who's smarter. The consulting HRs were also pretty nice till I stopped hearing from them :p They give you feedback, tips, areas to improve on and are available to answer any questions you have.
The first round was a call with one of the architects and she was pretty knowledgeable and asked a lot of general architectural questions. The second round was with a manager which was more about higher-level architectural questions and deeper questions about AWS services and general working of the web. I had two rounds of interviews and didn't hear back from them after, so I'm taking it as a rejection. Was actually looking forward to hearing back :(
