Thank you for the comments! The building is part of a huge technology business park and we do our best to put directions and tips on the confirmation email. This is the first we’ve heard of anyone having trouble. Google Maps does a great job with navigation. We did have several new employees in a training class that day. I do believe they told you they were new employees and politely guided you to several people with answers. Thank you for the feedback again!
