The interview was a phone screen and I was myself and explained the experience I had completed in my years of working. It turned out great and I would do more phone screens than I would in person. I told him what companies I used to work and the levels I took to be successful. I would complete my tasks and other peoples tasks to reach my goal with being successful. Completing jobs that were not mine, taking the extreme in staying over to complete other jobs, and also, I would do more to make the customers happier than when they came in.
