They asked standard questions about my previous experience, how I handle deadlines, and my interest in the financial services industry. The recruiters were professional, and the atmosphere was conversational rather than high-pressure.

One round of interview over the phone/ One round of interview with a team leader. He ask you questions on your resume and basically have a char with you. No technical questions involved. They would ask you for some of your industry insights.
