The interview process consisted of two rounds and moved relatively quickly. The first round was a phone screening with a recruiter that focused on my background, interest in sales/fintech, and comfortability with sales. The second round was a virtual interview that went more in depth about communication skills, handling rejection, sales mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Overall, the interviewers were professional, transparent, and energetic throughout the process.

Virtual and then in-person interview. Energetic interview, I felt comfortable! Sounded rehearsed, but it was still a well organized interview. I appreciate that they seemed to actually be listening to my response.
